You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

4. **Content Guidelines**
You are solely responsible for all content you upload or host on our servers. Content must not violate any laws, infringe on any intellectual property rights, or contain any offensive, malicious, or illegal material. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any account that violates these guidelines.

5. **Payment and Billing**
Web hosting services are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan. You agree to pay all applicable fees as per the chosen billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. **Refund Policy**
DCS System Solutions may offer a refund for certain services within a specified period from the initial purchase date. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

7. **Service Level Agreement (SLA)**
DCS System Solutions will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide a high level of service availability. However, occasional downtime may occur for maintenance and upgrades. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and our liability for downtime is subject to the terms outlined in the SLA.

8. **Data Backup**
While DCS System Solutions performs regular data backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We are not liable for any loss of data.

9. **Intellectual Property**
All materials and content provided as part of our services are the property of DCS System Solutions and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. **Termination**
You may cancel your hosting account at any time by following the specified cancellation process. DCS System Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any violation of these terms.

11. **Limitation of Liability**
DCS System Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

12. **Modification of Terms**
DCS System Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

13. **Governing Law and Jurisdiction**
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malaysia.

How long the new hosting application will be activated?

We will process and activate the new hosting application and service once payment is received and confirm by account department.

How do i renew the web hosting & domain

We will issue the invoice automatically for the services and send it to customer or domains 1 month before the expiry date. We will proceed to renew the domain and services once the payment is received. If the payment is failed to receive after the expiry date, the account will be suspended.

How do I obtain more information about the product and also how i can request for technical support?

What is the primary and secondary name server?

By default windows web hosting is using the below name server, can update the name server using below details if using own register domain.

Primary DNS – ns11.sec-node.com

Secondary DNS – ns12.sec-node.com

How long the new domain application will be activated?

We will process and register the domain base on the registrar and will send the e-mail confirmation once successful register.

What do I need to do to change the Authorized Contact information for my account?

Kindly send us an e-mail from authorise e-mail to [email protected] and provide us the new authorise e-mail address and we will update it into our billing system.

What i need to do if i lost my credential?

MX Backup relay is not available for shared hosting, however we do have e-mail relay plan to meet customer requirement.
